We are certified to carry out Portable Appliance (PAT) testing on electrical appliances.

We also carry out pre-planned maintenance work for many Local Authorites, County Councils, Housing Associations, Police Authorities and other organizations and carry out the periodic servicing / Heath and Safety inspections on all
water heating, showering and anti-scald equipment for many of these clients.

All our engineers go through security checks and are vetted by the police.

We are C.I.T.B certified to work on unvented water heating systems and all our engineers are ex-Corgi, time served plumbers and installers.

Our engineers are manufacturer-trained and carry a full range of van-stock spare parts to a carry out professional, efficient, first-time fix.

We have public liability Insurance to the value of £5,000,000 and Employer Liability for £10,000,000 and operate in all types of properties from domestic houses to large industrial installations.

We are registered with construction line, the governmental pre-qualification scheme for contractors are licenced members of the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC) and are also CHAS Health and safety compliant.
